After being told by the previous homeowners of our house in The Woodlands TX that they were not able to comply with one of the conditions of sale, which was to touch up the paint in the kids playroom, as they were not able to find a matching color….. and after much deliberation and persuading (of Jeff) we decided we would try our hand at painting a mural on the walls in the room. What did we have to lose? We could just paint over it if it didn’t work out right? Not to mention after just relocating a few thousand miles away from our friends and family to the heat of the Texas summer, and not knowing a soul, or having a car, and the being outdoors feels like you are sitting in a car with the windows rolled up on a hot Canadian summer day - maybe it was time to take up a new “indoor” hobby anyway!!
