Here on Day 33 I’ve come to just accept that having a cigarette/nicotine craving/thought is just probably going to be a part of my life forever: and, I accept that.
The cravings aren’t that strong these days. But, naturally, I do find myself thinking about smoking sometimes. Particularly when I see someone else smoking. I mean… I’m still human. My memory hasn’t been erased. I smoked for like twenty years.
I haven’t acquired amnesia lately.
It’s all good.
