Don’t let the title fool you. Being in an interview is one thing, but managing an interview so that you have the best staff possible is an entirely different feat altogether.
Consider a couple of these points from Yahoo! HotJobs:
- Don’t talk too much and take over the interview
- Ask tough questions
- First impressions are one thing, but their place is not in a job interview
- Don’t pry into the personal
Running a small business has enough challenges all by itself, don’t start off by surrounding yourself with employees who don’t sing a similar tune.
