I didn’t have knit blue skinny scarves, with 7 stitches or less per row.  I knit my scarves with at least 12 stitches per row. To knit new things, I’m knitting up a few skinny scarves this week. Here’s a lacy one I finished today.

It’s blue because I bought many yarn balls of this blue yarn for $1! If you:

  • are near the San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles
  • and need black, gray, red, blue, or green, 100% acrylic yarn
  • can’t spend a lots of money

you can go to:

The discount store in Granada Hills, CA 91344, in the corner of Balboa Blvd and San Fernando Mission.

Blue Lacy Skinny Scarf with 2 columns knitting pattern :

Cast on 7 stitches with blue yarn

Step 1: Row 1: knit 1, yarn over, slip 1, knit 2, pass slipped stitch over 2 stitches, yarn over, slip 1, knit 2, pass slipped stitch over 2 stitches, knit 1

Step 2: Row 2 and even numbered rows: knit 1, purl 5, knit last stitch

Step 3: Repeat rows 1 and 2 for 7 times

Step 4: Knit 6 rows in garter stitch

Now repeat these 4 steps for 40 times to have your long lacy skinny scarf.

Belisi scarves are so beautiful! They’re having a big sale on their website and I just bought 3 scarves for $5 each.
