Back when I was dating Jason (2004 - have I mentioned he is now married?) we often talked about going away and renting a cottage/cabin like those found through Pigeon Forge cabin rentals. We wanted something dog friendly since he had a lab and I loved Rocky to death.
Most cottages/cabins we looked at here in Canada were ‘up North’ and based along some great trails which would have been fun to go cross country skiing or snow shoeing along. Since I don’t like the cold, I needed the place we stayed at to have things to do near it, else I might never venture outside. Since I have neither skied or shoed ever…this was something we were looking into.
Too bad, I decided that Jason wasn’t the one for me and I called it quits. That was seriously hard because in the beginning I thought he was ‘the one’ - he made me feel special and showed me often he loved my company. Anyways, what am I getting at? Well I know me, I am able to tell if I can live with something or if I can’t. Right now, the ex and I? I can live with - it is not a perfect situation, but I am enjoying him. There will be a time to completely move on, but right now is not it. And yes, I plan on checking out Plenty of Fish, in fact was on the website today at lunch. I just have to get around the ‘can only date one guy at a time’ roadblock I have, lol.
