If you watch the Biggest Loser you can learn a lot about what it takes to lose weight. Don’t get too caught up in Jillian’s beatings, beatings, beatings. Her drama makes for better tv though. What you do want to prepare yourself for is that you do have to challenge yourself physically and it won’t always be just a walk in the park. Only through challenging your body does it change and your metabolism become faster.
