I’m back after being diet for a few weeks. I did give up coffee last week though, and that’s a good thing. I’ve noticed that I’m having a hard time being honest with myself. For example, I don’t want to mention the 50% dark chocolate bar that I split with my husband after dinner tonight. Maybe that’s one of the reasons that I’ve been stalling…? I’m not being honest with myself. Breakfast 2 eggs, 4 slices bacon Lunch Salad greens, 3 slices mozzarella cheese, balsamic vinegar, Diet coke Dinner Spicy chicken wings, 1 BabyBel cheese, spicy almonds 50g chocolate 50% cocoa
