Goaling

I am delighted to say that maintenance is going well for me after one full month (I am at 138, two pounds below my goal).  My neighbors, all three of whom joined NS because of my weight loss, have each lost over 30 lbs and have now become MY inspiration to stay fit and healthy.  My best friend from college also joined NS this week and I wish her all the luck in the world.  This program seems to work when all others fail and I think it’s partially because of the wonderful people here on the discussion boards and blogs.  I am so moved by the stories, suggestions, and sharing that goes on here.  Granted, there are complaints as well as support messages on the boards and blogs, but I find them informative, entertaining, and insightful, as well.  The most important fact in my life is that Nutrisystem saved me from a life of constant medication, discomfort, pain, and bad karma.
