B’fast: scrambled eggs; coffee
Lunch: 5oz ribeye w/sauteed mushrooms and blue cheese; caesar salad
Dinner: steak goobers; salad

Steak goobers - toss 1.25lbs 1" chunks of beef with 2-3T soy flour, salt and pepper. Brown in a hot skillet and add 1 cup beef broth. Cover and simmer over low until beef is cooked through and tender. Remove cover and raise heat. Simmer until almost all the liquid is gone, then sprinkle 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese over all. Let melt and serve.
