I am weirding out a little. Do you think they put something in the Nutrisystem Food that kills hunger. I have just not had an appetite at all since I started this. It is like I am eating the right stuff at the right times because that is what is in my little yellow book. But I truly have not been hungry at all. In fact, I find myself unable to eat my whole entree. (Except breakfast, I love the pancakes, with a vegetarian sausage (my protein) and a teaspoon of peanut butter spread over the pancake (my fat)
Very strange……(but good because I lost 4 pounds the first week and am happy happy happy) Does anyone else feel this way?
