Good Sunday Afternoon! I made it to my Mother-in-laws church without a button popping off my dress pants, lol. I hopped on the treadmill this morning too, although, I’ve been eating pretty much what I’ve wanted to … I clocked in at 5 miles in 68 minutes this morning. I worked up a nasty little sweat anyway. This weekend has been laid back and enjoyable but I will so be ready to get back on diet and stop feeling so dang guilty, lol. It’s awful when you get the “free weekend” and all you can think of is … “this is so bad, this is so bad” …. know what I mean? I will try and remember that when I have the munchies this next week though, lol. I better enjoy it b/c after 7pm tonight … it’s over! My new rule is back to no food after 7pm anyway. If I make that a rule, then the munchies won’t have me in the kitchen all night trying to eat low carb snacks and over doing it anyway! I’ve probably gained but oh well … I’ve got all week to work on it. I have noticed eating junk food makes me a lot more prone to sleepiness during the day. Why do we stuff ourselves and then feel the need to “sleep it off” lol. Well, I’ve really enjoyed eating all kinds of fruits though. Oh my goodness … I think I’ve had them all and they were so delicious!! I am going to dedicate this week especially to making a change. Like the bad case of munchies (the cravings of sweets) … I am hoping to have overcome that by next weekend and I pray that the cravings subside somewhat by then too. I know ya’ll are tired of reading (if you even made it this far, lol) but I will be weighing in Friday! I’ve got to bust a move this week people!
