makes me happy.
Well, Bob Greene was on Oprah today, banging on about and it always gets me thinking about weight loss, health, nutrition and exercise.
So, for those of you who were looking for Bob Greene but happened upon me instead, allow me to toss my two cents in about the this beefy />Diet and weight loss in my humble opinion is a mental game. In this day and age we have MORE then enough information about what constitutes nutritious food, we can roughly calculate the appropriate amount of calories per day for ourselves with a couple of clicks of the mouse and we all know it breaks down to, so you best get moving around if you want to eat…anything.
And knowing that, I’m thinking you either want to live pain free, for a long time, with vitality or you don’t.
If you don’t that’s okay, but be honest with yourself. Stop beating yourself up everyday with the and get back to eating and relaxing. But please…please - no complaining about your weight, your health, your pains or your lack of energy.
On the other hand, if you’ve decided your health is important to you let me share with you what’s worked for me… slowly step away from the scale and get your head in the game.
I welcome your comments on this one.
