The short of it? Three dates in one weekend!

The long(ish) of it? Geek Chic Super Smart Guy is not so smart. He never called (or emailed or match-messaged), so we didn’t go out. Too bad, so sad, next!

L and I had our second date on Saturday night– dinner, drinks, and a movie (”Untraceable” with Diane Lane. It was okay, some good parts, but ultimately predictable). Good times! He was getting over a cold, though, so we didn’t get too close– not even a real kiss good night. Let me tell you now, I have NEVER gotten to this point without even kissing someone! I guess I’m doing the ol’ “respect me, I’m a good girl” dance. That’s new.

I had a brunch date with The Really Cute Tall Guy Who Winked at Me First on Sunday. What can I say? He’s really cute. And really tall. And we had a really good time. Conversation just seemed to flow, he was really sweet and interesting, and he asked me out again. Yes please!

Then I had a quick (quick!) coffee date with The Flaky Guy With The Dog. He was cute but he started our date by telling me that it had to be quick (quick!) because he had to go do something else. Yeah, that was annoying, seeing as we had already rescheduled twice. If you don’t want to go on the date, don’t keep scheduling it! I won’t cry! He wasn’t that interesting either; he just didn’t have much to say. Except when we were talking about yoga– he’s very passionate about yoga. Is that weird? Anyway, the date only lasted a little over 15 minutes (see– quick!) and I don’t think I would go out with him again. Like I said, he’s not that interesting, and he has a case of Dating ADD that I just don’t want to deal with.

Anyway, more guys are emailing to ask me out, so I better go check my calendar and make some room for them all… I gotta have blog fodder!
