Happy Easter!! I hope you had a great day! My family celebrated yesterday and we had a really good time and we all ate entirally to much! I am making a fresh start today, I am letting go of all past goals and starting from scratch for the rest of the week. I knew that Easter was going to be a tough time to diet and exercise, I am not going to beat myself up for the last couple of days bad dieting behavior. So good luck on the new week and I promise to have a lot more for you tommorow! weekly goal- arm exercise everyday
daily goal-1 bottle water, 30 triceps kickbacks, again if you don’t know how to do these just google the name and you will find instructions!
