Quick Hits.

• Last night, I came home around 10pm in order to go to bed, after watching a couple episodes of “Lost” with Miranda. Lo and behold, Pablo and Brian are pulling up…to practice. At first I was like “no way”, but I remember: where I live is not my house, it’s the church’s property. So I say what the heck, and let them go ahead. I fell asleep 15 minutes later to “Song of the Redeemed” on the drums (one of the harder songs Brian plays), and Pablo practicing a new song for this month. Only in church planting. Also some of the best sleep I’ve gotten in a while.
• I’m digging my recent purchase of Spurgeon’s Morning/Evening devotions.
• I’m feeling this month’s message, and having nailed down the messages from now until September. I’m usually not this night with Miranda tonight!!! I’m stoked. I love you babe. If you are currently dating/engaged/married to someone and are not taking them out at least once a week just for “you” time, please let me know where you live. It’s for a….Christmas card. Yeah, a Christmas card. Or a fork in the me up for lunch if you’re in town: pray: I’m #6 in the Catalyst March Madness tourney.
