Why Do We Eat?
Laugh and then think about it? Do you eat because you are hungry or because you’re board? Maybe you eat out of habit, peer pressure or depression. What’s your why? Chances are you get more of your calories from these sources than All Natural hunger pangs.
Your diet plan should help you to eat for health and strength, concentrating on the nutritional value of your foods in amounts that will help you reach an ideal body weight. Eat to live. I’m sure you’ve heard that. Eliminate foods that make you sluggish. Try spreading out your meals. 6 small meals per day rather than three big ones can help you maintain balanced blood sugar and the level of nutrients your body needs to function well and be healthy.
Order Isagenix to help you get started eating healthy. In our house, my husband and I use Isagenix Shakes to replace two of these meals. Each is about 230 calories. We start the day with a great tasting shake and mid morning have some frozen organic fruit. At lunch it’s an Shake/Soup or bar. In the afternoon, it’s time for nuts, Isagenix Slim Cakes or some snack we’ve got handy. Then two small dinner type meals.
It’s easy, Eat to Go Not to Grow!
If you get a chance, check out weighins.com. It’s a supportive close-knit community for people wanting to lose weight. With a free membership you can join a weight loss challenge (like the Biggest Loser tv show). You also get a free calorie counter and a personal diet journal. I like it much better than sparkpeople.
