Today, I’m down exactly 2 lbs. Two Full Pounds. How sweet is that?

Today: -2.0lbs 88 days remaining until D-Day.

MTD: -3.8 lbs

Since 3/1/07: -93.4 lbs total

What I ate yesterday:

Breakfast: my usual coffee with cream and organic brown sugar

No Willpower time:  1, and only 1 Lemon cookie someone brought in to the office.

10:00am: Starving. One Orange

11:00am: Hungry. Not quite starving: 1 cup of Herbal Mate tea (organic)

Noon: 1/2 breast of chicken, with spicey homemade sauce consisting of peppers, onion, wine, mushrooms & Other stuff. 1/2 a bannana and an orange.

2:00pm: One Orange and another cup of herbal organic Mate Tea

6:00pm: Leftover ground beef in my own special concoction of a sauce, 1 bananna, some (again) left over macaroni noodles in another sauce (which I know included a bar of cream cheese), a handful of freezer carrots - boiled.

7:00pm: another cup of joe. Again with organic brown sugar and cream.

9:00pm: A full bag of popcorn –My two addictions - popcorn and coffee.

10:00pm: On impulse only: three graham crackers with peanut butter and a smidgeon of grape jelly. I could have done without this but one of my kids hadn’t eaten dinner and decided to eat this instead when they arrived home so I had three. And I didn’t even enjoy it as much as I thought I would. Those guilt feelings were there while I was eating it.

Wow. Needless to say, I wasn’t hungry from about 11:00am on yesterday. I do need sleep. My right knee was killing me last night — a result of a nasty fall on snow covered sheet of ice up in Maine in February.

Well, What scares me now is that the weekend is coming up. My oldest’s birthday was yesterday. We are going to meet up to see a pro basketball game on Saturday; my sister and niece are coming to join us at the game and I’m just afraid I’m going to eat what I shouldn’t eat. It is so hard not to. Sometimes I hate the weekends just for that reason!
