Breakfast:
2 cups 2% milk, 2/3 cup all bran psyllium, 1 grapefruit.
Snack:
1 orange, 1/2 oz almonds.
Lunch:
2 cups salad, 2 tbsp low cal dressing, 2 boiled eggs.
Snack:
1 avocado, 8 crackers(Triscuit cracked black pepper and olive oil).
Supper:
250g square 8 vegetable lasagna, 1 whole wheat dinner roll.
Snack:
1 (1pt) WW snack cake, 28 Triscuits (cracked black pepper and olive oil) , 1 dinner roll, 2 tsp margarine.
