I am back. After last weighing in, in March. I have been sooooo bad. Eating all kinds of crap and I feel horrible. I even went for my 5yr cardio check up(because of phen phen years ago) and of course Dr was thrilled I had lost so much. Weighed 212 5yrs ago!! I had gained between that time but never all of it back. So now I am up 3 pds. Back on the wagon as of today. Thank goodness I did not gain more. I felt really healthy when I did not eat all the junk. SO back to it again, eating healthy, staying away fromthe bad carbs. Going to start with phase 2. So here is to a new start and getting a healthier me!!
