I fell off diet bigtime. I just got sick of it and gave up. I ate everything I’d been craving - chocolate, mm hmm, buttered toast and honey, that kind of thing. Just didn’t care any more. And so I’ve gained 8lb or whatever that is in kilos. I understand in my head that you have to be disciplined and consistent and all that if you want to lose the weight. I’ve never had a weight problem in my life before this, was one of those annoying people who could eat anything and not gain. But now I’m this big fat ugly horrible lump and I guess, depressed (no, really??!) and not only that, have injuries which prevent my working out, which I used to do regularly until 2 yrs ago. Damn it all. Can’t get motivated again. Feeling really, really bad. OK that’s about it. *sigh*
