Not another diet. How many diets is there really out there? It seems that everytime you go to the book store, someone has written a new diet book.

You might try this diet or that diet and it works really well for awhile. But is it something you could do for the rest of your life. Is is possible to live without carbs, or low fat for very long.

Have you tried the low carb diet? You can definitely lose the weight. But how much meat, cheese, eggs can you eat? It’s gets really old not eating vegetables and fruit.

Or try to eat only fruits and vegetables. You don’t eat any meats. I don’t know about you, but I don’t think I could be a vegetarian. I like steaks and hamburgers to much. 

What about joining a weightloss program that supplies you with prepackaged food. How about eating the frozen low calorie meals.

No matter what type of diet that you try, at least make sure it’s going to be something that you can enjoy and stay with. But always remember to have some kind of support to help you on your weightloss mission.

Everyone loves to get praise for a job well done. Or in our case praise for our weightloss.
