Another Vacation picture. Weight today: 188.4
I am up a little after my Saturday diet cheat. Still, I am pretty pleased with how quickly I recovered. The Zone Diet has been a bit hard on me due to food choices. I am looking to broaden my range a little bit. I am enjoying the results though.
I skipped one run this weekend. I didn’t run Saturday, but I still did my Abs workout (and stretches. I try to never skip stretching). I did Intervals Sunday and I will do weights today.
Today I ate:
- Zone Smoothie (4 blocks of proteins, carbs, fat)
- 1 cup of coffee
- water
I am about to eat:
- 1 Zone snack bar - I think these count as 2 blocks so I have been only eating half of one, but I have been getting voraciously hungry so I am going to eat the whole thing. I will try and stave off massive hunger and then see how it affects my weight loss. I am fine doing this since I am a little ahead of schedule for the month.
By the way, trying to think of diet for next month. Any thoughts?
Lunch consisted of:
- 4 oz cup grapes
- 1/2 cup
Later in the day I had:
Dinner was:
- A Zone smoothie
- 1/2 cup grapes
Late night snack was:
- 2 rum diet cokes
- sashimi tuna
- ginger salad
- salad dressing
Pretty good day. I did my weight training before I went our for the sushi so I managed to stay in The Zone despite a late night trip to The Chop House.
