/>My workout consisted of me walking about 2 miles to the gym and taking a total body workout class at NYSC. I also walked back for a total mileage of 4 miles. I am thinking about going Rock Climbing this weekend. Never did it before, I have hiked some challenging mountains but I feel insecure since I haven’t worked out for a month or so.

Food intake

12:00 PM Bottled water felt thirsty after taking total body workout class.

1:00 pm
Nectarine 2 points just came from a nice workout at the gym. Feeling motivated and good want to take care of my body and myself. Wanted to have light snack after coming home from the gym.

3:00 PM
Feeling a little hungry, want to eat something healthy and start new and fresh. Went shopping yesterday and got a whole lot of healthy food. But I slipped up and bought some cookies which I woke up from bed at 3 am to eat. Not feeling good about that but eager to start fresh today and forgive myself. That’s the trick people. Forgiving yourself when you slip up. I also plan on attending a weight watcher meeting at 5:30 to really get me motivated.

Just made myself a salad with Romaine lettuce, snow pea pods, grape tomatoes, baby carrots, a can of yummy chunk light tuna in water. I wanted some bread so I had it, only had one slice and topped it with some baba ganoush about a table spoon. I also made my own dressing with 1 lime, 1/2 lemon, 1 teaspoon of honey and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. I also made some homemade iced tea with no sugar just a squeeze of half a lemon.

YUM! Gotta go and calculate my points and calories.
