Dating Sites And The Beautiful People??????

Dating site Acronyms…. What the hell do they mean?  If you’re having trouble deciphering acronyms on the dating sites, you’re not alone.  Before you can find the beautiful people, you need to know who they are and what they are saying.

Reading some of the dating site profiles is like watching a police drama….. “1 Adam 12, 1 Adam 12, a two-eleven in progress with a possible nine-two-six.”  Yep, I was lost.  Had to wait for Malloy and Reed to arrive at the scene and the picture to change to show me the robbery in progress with a possible dead body laying behind the cash register.  Got to love those police codes.  Sure kept my attention though.

Acronyms, like police radio codes, definitely save time and space.  At first, just reading them drove me up the wall. If you Google them, you get dating sites, but they still don’t tell you what they mean.  And, there are a ton of dating sites and they all use these terms. All of the acronyms give clues to who a person is and what they may look like.

It seemed to me that there were hundreds of acronyms and more appearing everyday.  There may be hundreds, maybe not actually that many, but it certainly seems that way.  My intent is to help a few people out there by posting a large, easily printable list simply because it helped me.  Believe me, the list is much better than flash cards.  The abreviations are very useful if you understand them.
