Weight today: 186.6
Yay. A new low. It should be. This weekend I did weights on Friday, ran on Saturday, played 18 holes of golf on Saturday. Sunday I ran (twice), did my Abs workout and played another 18 holes. I was pretty active and stayed on diet pretty well, with the exception of a couple of lite beers on the golf course. Where did I played? Riverwood Golf and Athletic Club in Clayton, NC. That course is really rough for me, but it is really pretty and it has great scenery. They are super nice there as well. It is a fun place to play. Just bring a couple of extra golf balls cause you will probably lose a few.
So today, I have eaten:
- Zone smoothie
- Zone snack-sized bar (I dropped down to a smaller Zone bar. 80 calories)
Lunch will be:
- Ham and Turkey on whole grain
I am planning to swim around lunchtime and then tonight I do weight training. I am pretty motivated as the big 185 gets closer and closer. Never thought I would see that weight again!
