I started a new Weight Watcher Week and since Aaron and I will be starting our strict budget as of today we decided to go out and pick up some dinner last night for the last time in the next 30 days. We ALL love Chinese food so there was the decision on what to get.
I thought I could eat whatever since I had a remaining 18 points for the day plus my extra 35 points for the week. I decided not to count my points until I was done eating since hey I had plenty of points. WHAT THE HECK WHAT WAS I THINKING???????????
I had sweet and sour chicken with fried rice, 5 crab-ragoon’s and yes an egg roll. I knew it was a lot, but I could, I had enough points to cover it and in my mind I should have plenty left over. YEAH RIGHT HOLY COW WHAT that’s what I was thinking as I was adding up the points after I had already had eate them.
Sweat and Sour Chicken just for the fried chicken 9 points
Sweat and Sour Sauce 1 cup 8 points
Egg Roll 5 points
Fried Rice 2 point
Crab-Ragoon’s 20 points = 44 POINTS USED
I should have looked at the points before I ate. I made a huge mistake. If I had known how much the crab-ragoon’s were I would have totally by passed them or maybe just had 1 since they are my favorite.
I learned a huge lesson today I hope someone else can take something away from this! For those that want to know I still have 6 weekly points remaining but I am going to stay under budget this week lol.
