I’ve been inspired by a ton of truly great blogs out there that are written by people dedicated to trying to live and eat healthfully. All in moderation of course. I’ve decided a GREAT way for me to be more consistent about updating my site with reviews and other posts will be to log my food. Why not jump on the band wagon eh?
So here is today, so far. It is a bit light as of now considering I had to work the lunch shift unexpectadly today. I totally frgot I told someone I woud cover ther Friday shift, and it just so happens I popped into work ths mroning to check out the new schedule, and AH! I was supposed to be there setting up for lunch. So Scot, my savior for the day, lent me his Land Rover to scoot home so I could change. (I had walked down to the Old Port so I didn’t have my car) It took me ten years to figure out his vehicle. In any case, yeah. Here is today:
9 AM: About 7 OZ Ewegurt (delicious, local raw sheep milk yogurt), a packet of Green Vibrance, and 1/2 Organic banana alongside this berry iced tea frm Hilltop Coffee Shop that seriously tastes like HC Fruit punch. Yum
I stuffed a Think Thin Brownie Crunch bar in my purse while rushing out the door to work and scarfed it down at around 12:30 before lunch service got crazy. I also had a few bites of fried Chad, which are these teeeeny little schooling fishies, so delicious! I dipped the few I had in a local sweet pea sauce.
