in my profession being fit is a requirement, and I have to admit that I always eat huge amount of food, that I don’t really know if its good or bad for me…when I started noticing gain weight, not muscle weight but fats…so I started to search for ways to counter this for I know that diet needs changing but not compromising the amount that I crave…zone diet is just perfect for me, I could eat my amount and be healthy at the same time…I feel more energetic and alert being in the zone…my job really requires me to burn a lot of energy and the zone diet was perfect for it…I did a little adjustment on the amount although the core is still 40% carbohydrates, 30% fat and 30% protein…having a good reference helps out a lot in the beginning just to start me off and lead me to the right direction…it really is a beautiful life living in the zone…if I knew about this in the past I would have been more healthier…the zone diet really changed my life in al aspects not just my health diet…I recommend this to everybody, although I warn those lazy ones that you wont last a week, because this needs work and perseverance as well as discipline…
