I’m starting something new.. who knows if it will work. I went to the grocery shopping last night. I’m going to try a Atkins shake in the morning and/or coffee. Depending on how hungry I am a V8 and almonds for lunch. If I’m more hungry salad. Then for dinner, Salad or a veggie and a (vegan) Lean Cuisine. (Tons of water also) My body needs a change, I’m hoping this will help my weight move down. Any thoughts? this is the ambition : Before : After, 20lbs lighter (weight view) :
