Okay, veggies yuk! I’ll see YOU in about 2 hours! Swim suit on with gusto to GO! Ooooo! I forgot to mention I tried something different for lunch today! Cierra and I ate some left over zuchinni that we grilled for breakfast this morning. I heated it in the microwave, topped with a bit of shredded cheese, sliced up some cucumber (fresh from garden) and some cherry tomatoes. We ate that and shared an english muffin. I have to say, considering I didn’t know what to make for lunch, it turned out yummy!
