I am committed to this challenge. I am ready for a change. I recently met an 85 year old woman. She told me that she was extremely over weight. But at age 65, she remade her life and lost 60 pounds. Wow, I thought. It is never too late. So with this woman in mind, I am committing to a change. I have done many diets in the past. But this time I am going to do it with weight watcher. I want to do a balance diet. One that will have variety. I also want to change my eating habits for life. I don’t want to be a skinny. I just want to be skinner. I am aiming for a 30 pound lost. When all is said and done. I will reward myself with a beautiful dress. I will post a picture here for you’ll to see. Thank your for joining me in this challenge. Your support is vital.
