I am making a public promise to become a healthier person. I will need a lot of help with staying on task. I am usually able to maintain a diet and exercising for a couple months then somethings comes up and I get thrown off the cycle. The last time I was successful at a diet was in 2005. I really want to get to my goal of losing 30-40 pounds and toned by May 2009, that is 6 months away. Another reason for wanting to do this is because the last two times I have gone to the doctors my blood pressure has been high, WTF? I am only 28 years old, I should not be experiencing high blood pressure. Maybe, if I blog about my adventure I will see the results and become more disciplined? Ummmm. sounds like a good idea to me.

In the past I have been successful with Weight Watchers and the Adkins Diet. I have also tried several different pills that help with giving energy boost and hunger suppressants. I have exercised at a gym but that routine usually does not last long. I need a motivated partner to join me to keep me focused. I also have mixed drugs to make a recipe called ECA Stack. ECA means, Ephedra Caffeine Aspirin. The reason it is called ECA stack is because all three pills were combined together to make the stack. Although, since Ephedra was banned from being sold in the US back in April 2004, I would take Broncaid in replacement. Broncaid is an over the counter medication to relieve shortness of breath, or asthma type symptoms, it has Ephedrine in the drug.

I know with the holiday season here, its probably not the greatest idea to start now, but better now so that i can stay away from my weaknesses this time of year, Tamales and Eggnog…mmmmm. My plan for the next two days are, one, to find a weight watchers location near work so that I can go to the weekly meets and weigh ins, two, make sure that my membership to LA Fitness is still active. I believe it is, as those dang membership places make sure they are able to track you down so that you cannot fall behind on the payments. Three, stock up on some Weight Watcher approved snacks so that I don’t get tempted to eat the junk that my co-workers bring to work.

My initial start date will be Monday, November 17, as I have to always begin a diet on the first day of a week. :D Wish me luck!
